How can I open a shop on Dufa?
Opening a shop on Dufa has never been simpler. Download and Install the ‘Sell on Dufa’ App from the Play store. Click on Open Shop on the Login page and follow 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Provide your name, mobile #, email and set your password
Step 2: Provide your shop name, description, GST # (if you have else provide the Aadhar #, PAN #), your Return policy, warehouse details
Step 3: Review the Terms and conditions and Submit
Note: You need to Publish your store before you can view it on the website. Click on ‘Store Settings’ from the menu and click turn the Publish store switch to ON. Now you can view your shop on the website https://dufa.in by searching for your store name.
Do I need a credit card to register?
No, you do not need to enter any payment information for registration. Due to the Covid-19 situation, we are not charging sellers any subscription fees. We will only take the payment information from you to credit the amount once the buyer has purchased an item. The Payment information can be set from the Seller App by clicking on the menu and selecting ‘Payment settings’.
Do I need GST to sell on Dufa?
You need to have a GST to sell anything online. If you do not have GST, you can reach out to Dufa and we’ll help you apply for GST. Registering for GST is very simple, you can refer to the help articles for more information. We will also guide you with the filing process if you are interested.
What should I do if I have applied for GST but not received it yet?
If you have applied for GST and not yet received it, during registration, select “No” for Have GST? and select the I want to register for GST option. You can continue to setup your store and Dufa will reach out to you.
If I don’t want to register for GST but want Dufa to sell for me, what do I need to do?
Currently, you need to have GST in order to sell online. However, you can contact us and we will check if you are eligible to sell the products under the Dufa banner directly or through our subsidiaries.
How do I set my return policies?
During registration, include the Return and exchange policy under the Store profile against the Return Terms. You can revise this by navigating to menu and editing your store policies from ‘Store Settings’. If you do not want to accept returns, you can mention No Returns in your terms.
